We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to accept a return. We have a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition with tags and in its original packaging. If we believe the item has been used/damaged we will not issue a refund nor cover any shipping cost to ship the item back to you.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and take appropriate action to make things right.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, include your order number and the name on your order in your Email. Please contact us at Hiddenjemz21@hotmail.com
  2. Return Instructions: If your return is accepted we will provide you with a return address and instructions. Please obtain a proof of postage and use tracked service to ensure your item reaches us. Hiddenjemz is not responsible for any returned items lost in transit.
  3. Important: Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.
