No Returns or Exchanges
Hygiene Reasons:
- HiddenJemz does not offer any returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
- All products are thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch to prevent any issues.
Inspecting Orders
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
- Please inspect your order upon reception.
- Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Eligibility
Faulty or Damaged Items Only:
- Your item must be faulty or damaged to be eligible for a return. Non-faulty items are not accepted for returns.
- We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Process:
- Once your return has been approved and a return label sent, you have 14 days to ship your item back to us.
- Upon receipt, we will inspect the return and, if appropriate, refund you within 3-5 working days.
Conditions for Returns
Return Conditions:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Sale Items and Gift Cards:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Refund Notification:
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
