Cancellation & Returns Policy

• Cancel Before Fulfilment: You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched

• Sale Items: Items marked as sale, clearance, or final sale are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

• Returns After Delivery: Regular items can be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Worn or used items are not eligible for return.
  

• Refunds: 

  • We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

  • Approved UK returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Faulty Items

    Refunds will only be issued if an item is confirmed faulty and cannot be replaced.
    You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
