UK Returns

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, fragrance, makeup, or damage will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method unless the item is faulty. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Store Credit

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Credit can be used online or in-store (if applicable).

Any remaining balance will stay on your account until expiry.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Faulty Items
