Returns & Refund Policy

UK Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items that show signs of wear, fragrance, makeup, or damage will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method unless the item is faulty. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.


Store Credit

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Credit can be used online or in-store (if applicable).

  • Any remaining balance will stay on your account until expiry.

  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Subject to stock availability.

  • If your desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.


Sale & Special Occasion Items

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Limited edition or special collection pieces may be marked as final sale.


Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly

International Orders

  • All international orders are final sale.

  • We do not offer refunds or returns on international purchases.

  • Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders

  • All pre-order items are final sale.

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

  • Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide and may be subject to change.
